Holiday Shipping Schedule

To help you plan your orders during the holidays, please review our updated processing and shipping schedule.

Standard Processing (11/25/2025 – 12/31/2025)

All orders placed between November 25, 2025 and December 31, 2025 will be processed within 1–2 business days,
except during our scheduled holiday office closures listed below.

Holiday Office Closures & Shipping Delays

Our office and shipping operations will be closed during the following periods:

1. Thanksgiving Closure

Closure dates: November 26 – November 30, 2025
Orders affected: All orders placed between November 26 and November 30, 2025
Ship date: These orders will ship on Monday, December 1, 2025

2. Winter Holiday Closure

Closure dates: December 23, 2025 – January 1, 2026
Orders affected: All orders placed between December 23, 2025 and January 1, 2026
Ship date: These orders will ship by Thursday, January 2, 2026

During these closure periods, our office is shut down for the holidays, so no orders will be processed or shipped and customer service response times may be delayed. Normal operations will resume on the dates listed above.

Important Notes

Please place time-sensitive or event-based orders early to account for these holiday closures and potential carrier delays.
Once orders are handed off to the carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s holiday schedule and any weather or volume-related delays.

Processing Time:
Orders placed before 1 PM CST, Monday to Friday, may ship the same day, excluding federal and postal holidays and weekends. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Custom items may have delays as noted on the product listing. Any shipping delays will be announced via a website banner and social media.

USA Shipping Times:
Shipping times depend on the carrier and service chosen and begin once the package is with the carrier. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 days from the shipping date. Check your tracking number for delivery details.

International Shipping Times:
International delivery typically takes 7-21 days after the carrier receives the package. Check your tracking number for more details.

Returns or Exchanges:
You have 30 days to return or exchange items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Email us at Sales@StonedCrazy.shop and send returns to:

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping and a refund is granted, the original shipping cost may be deducted. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method or as store credit. Refunds will only be processed after items are received and inspected.
