Processing Time:
Orders placed before 1 PM CST, Monday to Friday, may ship the same day, excluding federal and postal holidays and weekends. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Custom items may have delays as noted on the product listing. Any shipping delays will be announced via a website banner and social media.
USA Shipping Times:
Shipping times depend on the carrier and service chosen and begin once the package is with the carrier. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 days from the shipping date. Check your tracking number for delivery details.
International Shipping Times:
International delivery typically takes 7-21 days after the carrier receives the package. Check your tracking number for more details.
Returns or Exchanges:

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping and a refund is granted, the original shipping cost may be deducted. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method or as store credit. Refunds will only be processed after items are received and inspected.
